1. Terms Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or accessing TILT: The Equilibrium Puzzler (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please delete and do not use the Game.
2. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on authorized mobile devices under your control, strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or distribute the Game executable file.
3. User Generated Levels (Designer Mode)
The Game features a Designer Mode allowing you to create custom level files. By creating levels using our design tools:
- You retain ownership of the structural choices you map, but grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to display and utilize these level formats within the Game environment.
- You agree not to create levels that contain malicious code, exploits, or materials violating copyright laws.
- We reserve the right to review, limit, or remove custom levels from local storage if they violate app store policies.
4. Digital Purchases & Upgrades
The Game includes voluntary tipping features and an "Elite Upgrade" (Pro edition). All billing processes are governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store Terms of Service. In-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable laws or store policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All title, assets, artwork, custom soundtracks, level formats, physics configurations, and code are the exclusive property of developer Dylan Calin. TILT and its logos are protected by trademark laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR SECURITY AGAINST GLITCHES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PLAYING THE PHYSICS GAME WILL RUN ERROR-FREE OR BE UNINTERRUPTED.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Amendments
