Welcome to TILT: The Equilibrium Puzzler, developed and published by Dylan Calin ("we", "our", or "us"). We value your privacy and are committed to transparency. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of our mobile application TILT (the "Game") and our website.

2. Information We Process

Because TILT is designed as a secure, local puzzle game, we operate under a strict minimal-data policy:

• Gameplay Data: Your level scores, custom created levels, unlocked worlds, and settings configurations are stored strictly on your device's local storage. This data does not leave your device.
• Crash Reports & Logs: Optional anonymous debugging diagnostics may be collected via Google Play Console or Apple App Store Connect services. These contain no identifying parameters and are strictly used to fix bugs.

3. In-App Purchases & Payments

The Game offers digital tips and an "Elite Upgrade" in-app purchase. All transactions are handled securely through the official App Store (Apple) and Play Store (Google) billing integrations. We do not collect, view, or store your credit card information, bank details, or billing address. We only store an anonymous, cryptographically signed purchase state locally to verify that features are unlocked.

4. Device Permissions

To deliver a premium physical interaction, TILT requests minimal device authorizations:

• Haptic Feedback / Vibration: Used to provide tactile response during collisions, structural balances, and drop metrics. You can disable this under Settings.
• Local Storage Read/Write: Used to write and load custom levels created in the Designer Mode.

5. Third-Party Libraries

We use frameworks and libraries that comply with strict developer standards:

• Physics & Interface Engines: Used for rendering the game interface and 2D physics elements locally on your device.
• Google Fonts: Embedded locally to load custom UI typography (Inter and Outfit) safely.

6. Children's Privacy

TILT does not collect any personal data, making it compliant with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR children's guidelines. We do not target or harvest data from children under the age of 13.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are located in the European Union (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you enjoy extensive privacy rights. Because we do not store your data on external servers, you can exercise your right to access or delete your data simply by clearing the Game’s storage cache or uninstalling the app from your device.
