AegisVault is built on a Zero-Knowledge Architecture. We believe your private documents and data belong solely to you. AegisVault operates 100% locally on your device without sending any personal data, stored media, or passwords to external servers.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect ZERO personal information, files, or sensitive data. All data stored in AegisVault is encrypted locally on your device using AES encryption and hardware-backed biometric verification.

3. Device Permissions Used

• Biometrics / FaceID / Fingerprint: Used exclusively to unlock the app locally via OS hardware enclaves. We never receive or store your biometric data.
• Camera & Photo Gallery: Requested only when you choose to import or capture media directly into the encrypted vault.
• Storage: Used solely to read and write encrypted files in the app's isolated local sandbox directory.

4. Third-Party Services

AegisVault does NOT include any third-party analytics trackers, advertising SDKs, or data harvesting libraries.
