1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Minesweeper: Pure Logic ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.

2. License Grant

Developer Dylan Calin grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute the Application on devices running iOS or Android that you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, algorithms (including the custom deductive SAT pure-logic board solver), visual design elements, icons, user interfaces, sound arrangements, and documentation related to the Application are the proprietary intellectual property of Dylan Calin. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display the Application's code without prior written authorization.

4. Virtual Currency & In-Game Rewards

The Application includes virtual coins and items (such as hints or defuse kits) that can be earned through gameplay milestones or optional rewarded video advertisements. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual coins and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, real goods, or services.
• Virtual items are non-transferable and tied exclusively to your local device installation.
• Uninstalling the Application or clearing app storage will permanently reset your local balance.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to exploit glitches, use automated bots, memory injection tools, or unauthorized modifications to manipulate game statistics, leaderboards, or rewarded advertisement delivery.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall developer Dylan Calin be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Application.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the applicable regulations of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
